A bank become an address

At 33 rue de Rémusat, a step away from the Capitole, the former head office of Banque Courtois, the oldest French bank founded in 1760, becomes the first IN SITU address in the historic heart of Toulouse. 3,347 m² of high-end managed offices, with spa, private club and chef's table. A place still under construction, to be fitted out, furnished and made desirable well before it opened.

Keeping the memory, changing the use.

Alongside Maison Numéro 20, we translated the Agora intent into images: the monumental door become a threshold, the colonnades, the Art Deco codes revisited with restraint and warmth. Each render became a decision-making tool. Stone, wood, brass, fabrics, light fittings: the options were set out, compared and approved in the space before a single order was placed.

Opening the door before the opening

Reception, conference room, meeting rooms, work café, spa, circulation areas: each space came to life in photorealistic 3D, under its own true light. The images fed the commercial presentation of 33 Rémusat, so that future occupants could push open the door of a place that does not yet exist, and picture themselves working there.

The recap.

Alongside IN SITU and Maison Numéro 20, we modelled, furnished and lit every space of 33 Rémusat: to choose with more certainty, and market it earlier.
