01 · the challenge

Selling a space that doesn't exist yet.

A developer is launching a residential project. The site isn't finished, the buyer can't visit a thing. Everything has to come through the image. Not a clean perspective — a world. Something that makes you want to live there before you've even seen the foundations.

A catalogue of photoreal interiors, broken down by typology: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Consistent materials, lighting and furniture, to build a signature real-estate brand.

Photoreal, but lived-in.

The archviz trap is coldness. Clean, empty, soulless perspectives. We refused that path. Every scene was lookdev'd like a real home: a book left out, a beam of light cutting through, a detail that suggests someone just stepped out of the room.

The goal: the buyer pictures themselves there in under three seconds. Not looking at an image. Recognising a home.

A signature catalogue.

A consistent series of interior perspectives, tone on tone, ready for the print catalogue, the project website and the sales-suite kiosks. Every image designed as an argument: material, light, atmosphere.

The developer made it their new art direction. The catalogue became the internal benchmark for every project that followed.

The recap.

A photoreal 3D catalogue to sell a residential project before completion. Consistent materials, natural light, signature furniture: a world, not just perspectives.
